Chicago native, Jim O’Connor spent over a decade in executive management for one of the largest beverage distributors in the Midwest. After launching his recruiting career over 18 years ago, Jim served as Vice President for a premier recruiting firm who focused on the foodservice and sanitary maintenance industry. Jim's talent and skills for building relationships led the company to record breaking growth. After resigning from that firm, Jim founded what is known today as O’CONNOR SEARCH ASSOCIATES.
